These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Skill Leveler website (www.skillleveler.com), online courses, training programs, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Protobot Skill Leveler LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered under the laws of India, with its registered office at Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the Services constitutes acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms for specific courses or promotions. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes means acceptance. Check this page periodically for updates.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be 18 years or older, or have parental/guardian consent, to use our Services.
Create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

3. Services and License

Upon payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access course materials for personal, non-commercial use during your enrollment period (typically 90-365 days, as specified per course).

Access includes videos, materials, quizzes, and live sessions where applicable.
Lifetime access applies only to specified bootcamp recordings; no guarantees on indefinite availability.
You may not share, distribute, record, or reproduce content without permission.

4. Pricing and Payments

All fees are listed on the course page (e.g., ₹17,499 for PMP bootcamp, subject to discounts).
Payments are non-refundable after access begins, except as per our refund policy below.
We accept payments via accepted gateways; you bear any conversion or transaction fees.
Prices may change; current rates apply at enrollment.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Full refund within 7 days of purchase if no access used and requested in writing.
Flexi Pass allows rescheduling within 90 days; no refunds after.
No refunds for completed courses, live sessions attended, or self-paced content accessed.
Cancellations must be notified 48 hours before batch start; otherwise, no refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, logos, trademarks, and materials are owned by Protobot Skill Leveler LLP or licensors. You receive no ownership rights; usage is licensed only as per Section 3. Unauthorized use violates Indian copyright laws.

7. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Share login credentials or access with others.
Upload viruses, spam, or illegal content.
Reverse engineer, scrape, or commercially exploit Services.
Harass instructors, learners, or staff.
Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or interruptions. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid by you. We disclaim accuracy of career outcomes or exam success.

9. Termination

We may terminate access for breach of Terms, non-payment, or at discretion. Upon termination, your license ends; no refunds unless specified.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts of Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh.
